UW STOUT WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE


The Optimal Health Committee, in cooperation with University Recreation, the Stout Student Dietetics Association and the food and nutrition department presents the Stout Weight Loss Challenge.

Thirty-minute meetings will be held Thursdays at 12:30 p.m., and will feature presentations by fitness and nutrition experts. Confidential weigh-ins will take place 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after each meeting. Weekly prizes will be given.

The challenge is open to faculty, staff and students.
