Pilates: A flowing series of controlled, very precise floor movements designed to lengthen muscles and improve strength throughout the “powerhouse”.
Lift N' Lose: Lifting is an essential ingredient in health and fitness. The class incorporates weights with proper form and posture to help you add muscle and losw weight.
